Who We Are
Ch’town Zine Fest is Charlottetown, PEI’s first annual zine fair and celebration of DIY publishing.
Ch’town Zine Fest was founded in 2022 by Jordan Beaulieu and Evan Furness in order to support and promote local artistic publishing practices. It includes a tabling fair, held annually in November at the Charlottetown Library Learning Centre, and a coinciding series of free events, such as instructive workshops. Ch’town Zine Fest is an independent project that collaborates with local venues and organizations. We are funded by the City of Charlottetown and Innovation PEI—thank you to our funders!
Ch’town Zine Fest also collects and archives local DIY publications as the Ch’town Zine Library. Over 100 titles have been acquired since 2022. The library can be found at This Town Is Small (111 Queen St., Charlottetown).
Sign up for the Ch’town Zine Fest newsletter to receive early notice of programming announcements and be the first to know when table registration opens.
Contact us anytime by email (chtownzinefest@gmail.com) or Instagram (@chtownzinefest).
